Ippudo Ramen @ Pavillion, KL

George brought me to this place last year,  I did not get to blog about this place.  He told me he first tried Ippudo Ramen in Singapore. He is not sure that if Malaysia's will be as good.  He told me he tried Ippudo ramen in singapore with dark oil.  I was wondering what dark oil is that. I found out on the menu itself is garlic oil.

We order two type of ramen to try.

IPPUDO’s original tonkotsu broth enhanced with special blended miso paste and fragrant garlic oil. Served with thin noodles, pork belly, kikurage and spring onions. A re fined, modern-style ramen.

AKAMARU SHINAJI

IPPUDO’s original tonkotsu broth served with ultra-thin noodles, pork loin, bean sprouts, kikurage & spring onions. Classic Hakata-style ramen.

SHIROMARU MOTOAJI

The Ramen broth is really thick.  I like the AKAMARU SHINAJI Ramen, the black oil does really make the broth tastier.

The 4 courses are also complemented by a glass of Champagne both for him and for her.

A few highlights from the 4-course menu would be the specially-created dishes of Foie Gras Terrine and Salmon and Barramundi Carpaccio under the appetizer section, these dishes use only the freshest ingredient sourced both locally and from overseas to ensure the freshness and originality of the taste. While for main courses, there are Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, Caramelized Crispy Roasted Duck Breast and Pan-Seared White Cod Fish. Lastly, put a sweet closing to the romantic date with one of the 3 beautifully-plated desserts between Raspberry Mousse with 

Salted Fennel-infused Caramel Crumble, Triple Chocolate Pleasure with Dark Dessert Soil and Raspberry Coulis, or the Chocolate Tart and Vanilla Crème Brûlée served with Mango Mint Salsa.  

For love birds who wouldn’t make it on time, La Cucina Mediterranean Restaurant located at the hotel’s main lobby also offers a 4-course candlelight dinner with a glass of red wine at RM160.00nett per person. 

After all the romantic dinner and wine, if you don't wan your night to stop here....there is promotion on the room for the diners. Diners are eligible to special rate of RM290.00nett per Deluxe Room inclusive of inroom breakfasts for 2 persons.

La Cucina @ Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar

I had lunch at La Cucina @ Pullman KL on my last trip to KL.  La Cucina is the newly launched urban dining specialty restaurant with an eclectic Mediterranean inspired cuisine.  The restaurant is highlighted with warm orange hues that complement the home-style table setting.  It is an open concept restaurant.  Where you will be able to watch how their chef prepare your meal.  Is a nice place to bring your client or a love one to dine there.

Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar - A Gem in Bangsar Business Hub

Last trip when I was in KL for #OhhSOME Fest, I stayed at Pullman Bangsar for few nights. Pullman Bangsar is strategically located in the commercial hub of Pantai/Bangsar.  It has 513 contemporary-styled rooms and suites, together with vibrantly-set restuarant and ballrooms.

It is only 5 minutes drive to Mid Valley Megamall.  So friend who ever that like to shop as Mid Valley this is a good choice as the taxi will cost you around RM5-7 only.  I was at Mid Valley one of the night with my mom so after shopping around 9+, we went back to our hotel only to find out that it was at the corner only.  RLOL if I know it was so near I would have stayed longer.  The first night we actually stayed in the room the whole night. Enjoying the room to the max.

My dream bath room.  Imagining soaking in the long bath with bubble bath and looking out the windows where the night view of KL City with the wide sky full of stars or watching the rain drop hitting the windows. The whole bathroom is filled with the smell from the candle that lite up the bathroom with my favorites music playing in the background.  HEAVEN! *Piak* PIAK* back to reality no more dreaming*

If you don't like the pillow that they have provide you in the room you can actually choose other type of pillow that suit you best.

If you stayed in the room from executive and above there is a coffee maker that is available to help you for a lil pick me up in the morning.  

Their executive room that available for those that stayed in the room range from the executive floor and above.  If you like to have a breakfast / lunch meeting or discussion with your business partner or just a quiet time with somebody you may use this facility.  It is very quiet and cozy.  Or you just want to have a quiet time alone with a cup of coffee.  This will be the place to be.

Theirs swimming pool is situated the same floor with their Gym.  Soon there will be a spa on the same floor too.  For those that need exercise adrenalin boost for the day you can go to their swimming pool for few lapse or the gym that is been equipped with basic equipment.

Pullman offer 12 meeting room and 2 large ballroom for you to choose from.  The Ball room that can accommodate up to 2,000 Guests and is the ideal venue to organised corporate meetings, seminars, conventions and intimate dinners.  The Pullman "Co-Meeting" offers both the quality of its meeting rooms as well as its personalised services supported by a dedicated Event and IT Solutions Manger throughout the event.  Innovative meeting breaks complemented by delectable menus and customized activities enable participants to relax and recharge between meetings.

There is a chill out place for the customer and their guest to chill out before the meeting start or in between the meeting or after the meeting.  It was very nice place to be to hang out and mingle around.

My stay at Pullman Bangsar KL was really comfortable and great.  Their staff are very helpful and friendly.  Watch out for my next post on their restaurant.  NYUMMY NYUMMY!  Good Food Great place
