Nu Er Hong Business Lunch Promotion @ Pullman Hotel Kuching, Jalan Mathies

Nu Er Hong is presenting their NEW Chef with NEW Creation.  They are having a promotion lunch promotion @ RM18++ per pax.  It is available from Monday to Saturday.  The set lunch with 1 appetizer + 1 main course + 1 Vegetable + 1 Grains.  There have a list of menu for you to pick and choose from so you can create your own set lunch for the day.  This restaurant is great place and environment for you to have a business lunch with you client or a get together with friends.While enjoying your meal soft chinese oldies music stream thru the area to bring back the Shanghai era.

After been stuffed with all the good food that I have chosen the dessert actually help me to refresh.  The dessert was excellent!  The dessert has mango and pamelo pulp in it.  Delicious!!!

Duck Cheong Fun - RM8++

All the time we have Seafood Cheong Fun, Char Siew Cheong fun or plain cheong fun.  Duck Cheong Fun? It was delicious.  It was served with sambal.  The fried Vietnamese Rice Net Paper and Duck Meat wrapped with soft cheong fun skin.  The Vietnamese Rice Net is crispy which give the cheong fun another taste.

Bak Chang (Zhong Zhi) - RM8++

Their Bak Chang uses glutinous rice stuffed with heaps of filling like Black Mushroom, Chestnut and Dried Shrimps.  This is delightful combination is then carefully hand-wrapped in bamboo leaves before cooked in boiling stock for over 3 and half hours.  We can now enjoy delicious bak chang all year round.

 I don't usually take crabs.  As I don't like to slowly crack open the shell. This soft shell crab I can just put everything in my mouth.  All I can say about this dish is DELICIOUS! This is also a must try dish!
