Le March Buffet @ Pullman Kitchen, Pullman Waterfront Miri

A very interesting style of buffet to me.  I have never been to a buffet where they cook your meal on the spot. I was able to pick and choose what I want to eat and what style of cooking.  It is even up to the sauces that you want to use.

The buffet is at Pullman Kitchen, their all day dining restaurant.

They have a lot of choices to choose from, from beef to chicken to seafood and vegetable.  Pick and choose what do you want to eat.

Bring your raw ingredient to the cooking station for the chef to cook for you.  Choose the type or style or sauce that you want the chef to prepare for you.  After that see them in action preparing your food.

While waiting for your food to be prepared, head on their salad station for some yummy salad.

There are also ready cooked food to fill hangry tummy while waiting for the cooked food. Laksa and Beef Noodles is available too.

Last but not least, cakes, bun and pastries....DESSERT TIME!

I was in Miri beginning of this month, on transit to Brunei for Thanis's wedding dinner. We stayed a night at Pullman Waterfront Miri.  Yien and Jian went out to explore Miri town while I stayed back in the room to catch up with my family.

After the check in, we went to our room. As usual Pullman room is very big and spacious.  Pullman Miri room design is quite different from Pullman, Kuching and Pullman, Bangsar.  The room in Pullman Miri is been divided by the partition which are the wardrobe. So the bath room is covered by the partition. The mini bar is hidden away in a cupboard.

Their bathroom is something that I have been loving.  Big window next to the bath tub. Isn't it nice while having your evening bath with the starlight in the sky or a beautiful scenery of the sunset.

We were invited to the executive lounge that evening for a drink by the management. While we enjoy the drink, we were serve with mother natures sunset view.  It was so breathtaking.

They have a very beautiful infinity pool too.  I did not get a chance to take picture of it.  Maybe you guys should go there and check it out yourself and snap a pic for me! :)
