Fried Chicken Wing @ Expert Cafe, Jalan Song

Although this chicken wing may look like normal fried chicken that has nothing special on it.  Well that was my first impression of it too.  Give it a try you will have another opinion about it after you tasted it. It was fried to perfection.  The skin is crispy but not oily.

Fruit Rojak @ Premier 101 Cafe

Have you guys ever thought about adding Watermelon into your rojak?  Maybe some of you do but it never came across my mind that watermelon could go so well with rojak.  I was kind of surprise when the rojak stall owner at Premier 101 add it into rojak.  Surprisingly the combination of rojak and watermelon turn out to be good.

After trying Hakka Lui Cha for the first time last year.  I kept on hunting for more good Lui Cha around Kuching town. I found another good one at Jalan Dogan.

Sarawak Laksa @ Taipan Cafe, Jalan Padungan

I have another great Sarawak Laksa at a shop named Taipan Cafe along Jalan Padungan. Ask the owner to add on clams when you make your order.  The gravy taste like the traditional Laksa. The laksa is serve with chunky chicken meat and chicken gizzard.

Puzzle Cafe @ Pullman Hotel, Kuching

This suppose to be posted during the Puzzle Cafe Penang street food promotion but i was busy for the pass two month did not get to update my blog.

This is the first time i went to Puzzle for their Buffet dinner.  Well one word to describe the experience is that it is worth the money that i pay.  The variety of food they serve is a lot.  I don't even know where to start. They have the International dish to local dish and to home cook dishes.  Their local cuisine can be very very local.  It gives a feel that we are having it in the local kopitiam.

** Sambal basically consist of Onion, garlic and chili.  Is a local kind of paste when they fried their vegetable of meat.  Some of the local they would add in prawn paste or dried prawn into it.
