Starting from August 5 to 26, 2011, the BCCK Ramadhan Buffet will be held in Great Halls ABCD which can accommodate up to 1000 diners a night
BCCK's CEO, Paul D'Arcy said that last year BCCK had to turn down many potential diners as they could only accommodate a maximum of 400 diners a night. After reviewing the feedback from last year's patron, they have improved on their seating capacity to ensure that all diners are able to celebrate this blessed month with their family and friends.
BCCK's signature offerings like Whole Roast Lam, Shawarma, Bubur Pedas, Bubur Lambuk, Cucur udang and many more will be available daily. Buffet favourites Poached Banana Prawns on Ice, Poached Mussels on Ice, Poached Snapper Filler on Ice, Smoked Tenggiri, assorted Cold Cuts, Assorted Mini Tapas, Assorted erabu and Sambal are also available daily. The menu for the Ramadhan will rotate on weekly basis.
