Moon Cake festival is just a month away. Pullman Hotel Moon Cake promotion has just started.  Each Signature and Traditional Moon Cake has 5 flavour.  Traditional Moon Cake is the Baked Classic Skin and Signature is the Snow Skin Moon Cake.

Signature Snow Skin Mooncakes's filling and the skin is really interesting it.  They are not like the normal lotus paste or red bean paste or some mung bean paste.  They use like chocolate, cheese, strawberry and etc etc.  While the skin they incorporate fruits into it.  The most outstanding flavour is the Corn Snow Skin. It remind me of the corn sweet that i use to eat when I am young.
