Raja Ayam Penyet @ Jln Satok (*HALAL)

From a stall move to a cafe.  It was a real good business.  Guess you can imagine how good their Nasi Ayam Penyet. I went there with my colleague Atika and Wee during lunch time. Although there is a lot of patron but the place is very cooling not stuffy at all.  It was very comfortable to dine there.  The place was decorated with picture of kuching old town very interesting.  It actually bring back memory

My ordered my usual drinks Kopi - O Peng Kosong,  Atika ordered Ribena Kosong (I ask atika what is Ribena Kosong?  Ribena how can it be without sugar? She told me is only ribena and plain water.  Normally they will mix ribena with sprite / 7up) and wee ordered kopi peng.

I order their specialty Nasi Ayam Penyet.  Nasi Ayam penyet was served with ulam (Local Salad),  ayam goreng(Fried Chicken) and sambal..  I love the ayam goreng,  the skin of the chicken is very crunchy.  Only that the sambal for the ulam is really really spicy.

The best all three main course is Cucur Pisang (Banana Fritters).  They serve the cucur pisang with cheese and condense milk  It was real good.  Never thought that cucur pisang can go so well with cheese and condense milk.

the banana fritters - actually adapted from Pisang Bakar Indonesia. Bananas grilled and then served with grated cheese, condensed milk and chocs rice. The owner must have visited Indonesia on a frequent basis. I bet next food on the menu list would be eiter Soto or Bakso. :D
